C’est un informaticien et chef d’entreprise américain. Né le 14 mai 1984 à White Plains dans l’Etat de New York. Il est le cofondateur du site web de réseau social Facebook dont il est l’actionnaire majoritaire et le PDG.
facebook a été créé en 2004 par Mark Zuckerberg et ses camarades de l’Université d’Harvard, Eduardo Saverin, Dustin Moskovitz et Chris Hughes.
Apres avoir donné une brève description de ce PDG de Facebook, voici les 10 conseils qu’il donne à toute personne aspirant au succès.
1- Créez votre mission
La vie a un sens lorsqu’on a quelque chose à faire. « Lors de mes différents voyages, j’ai rencontré des jeunes déprimés, condamnés, SDF, et ils m’ont dit que leur vie serait différente s’ils avaient quelque chose à faire. Un travail qui leur permettra de fuir l’ennui. » (Mark Zuckerberg).
Donc mes champions nous devons trouver notre but ou notre mission sur cette terre car personne ne viendra nous dire ce que nous devons faire… trouvons cette mission et passons à l’action peu importe ce que s’est.
2- Entourez vous de bonnes personnes
Notre entourage peut être une source de motivation ou de démotivation. Lorsque nous avons un rêve ou une tâche que nous devons accomplir, assurons nous de partager ce but ou rêve avec des personnes qui peuvent nous encourager à passer à l’action (famille, camarades, amis, etc).
3- Apprenez de vos erreurs
Commettre une erreur n’est pas une fatalité. Cela montre tout simplement que notre stratégie a été mal peaufinee et que nous devons revoir nos méthodes et stratégies d’attaque. Utilisons nos erreurs comme un élément d’auto-évaluation. N’oublions pas que tout échec cache une réussite, il faut juste persévérer
4- Analysez les feedbacks
Lorsque nous avons lancé un service ou un produit sur le marché, nous devons être à l’écoute du marché pour recueillir les retours et les analyser afin de satisfaire convenablement ce marché. Les retours-clients nous permettent d’améliorer le service offert.
5- Construisez une bonne équipe
Nous avons déjà trouvé notre mission et nous avons mis sur pied un plan d’action pour concrétiser notre rêve. Il faut à ce stade constituer une équipe qui pourrait assurer la continuité de l’affaire.
6- Embauchez les bonnes personnes
Les bonnes personnes de votre entreprise seront celles là qui ont votre vision et votre éthique de travail. Le désir de croissance et de satisfaction doit être la culture de l’entreprise.
7- Apprenez de votre entourage
L’entourage ici peut être le marché, les concurrents, les Mentors. Il faut rester à l’écoute sinon on pourra passer à côté d’une belle occasion de grandir.
8- Prenez soin de votre travail
Notre travail est notre bébé, peu importe si on travaille pour quelqu’un d’autre ou à notre compte, nous devons bien prendre soin car c’est lui qui nous permet l’épanouissement personnel et professionnel.
9- Offrez une belle expérience
Il faut avoir une belle histoire à raconter à votre descendance ou aux médias et pour rendre cette histoire captivante et belle, nous devons avoir une belle expérience professionnelle et personnelle.
10- Faites une différence dans le monde
Après votre passage sur terre, qu’est-ce qui fera en sorte qu’on se souvienne de vous? Faire une différence, c’est avoir sa particularité et faire bien sa tâche de telle sorte que même les vivants et les morts ne sauront faire cette tâche aussi bien que vous. Soyons des modèles dans notre domaine et c’est ça qui fera en sorte qu’on nous cite comme mentor dans ce domaine.
